Three of Our Members Win First Prize at the 105th JAAF Athletics Championships!
Twelve members of our Company’s athletics club competed in the Japan Association of Athletics Federations (JAAF) Athletics Championships held in Osaka from June 24 to 27.
I am proud to announce that three members won first prize: Shuhei Tada in the men’s 100-m sprint, Yuki Koike in the men’s 200-m sprint, and Hyuga Endo in the men’s 5000 m. Knowing that the three members previously missed chances to be crowned victorious, I was especially thrilled. Our club members advanced to the final almost every day, and I cheered for them in front of the TV.
I hope Mr. Tada and Mr. Koike prepare for peak performance at the upcoming world’s foremost sports competition. I expect Mr. Endo to make even more progress, with his victory at the Championships providing impetus.
Apart from the three champions, there were also some members who were able to fully demonstrate their abilities and some who were unable to. Putting that aside, I respect the tireless efforts of all the members and have high hopes that they will further develop in the future.
We would like to ask for your continued support and encouragement for our Company’s athletes.
