By applying our metal powder processing technology, we were able to develop a metal porous body with high heat conductivity, large specific surface area, and high water permeability. This metal porous body is expected to improve the performance of devices that play an important role in thermal management, such as heat exchangers.
We propose various ways to utilize such metal porous bodies. For instance, they can be incorporated into water-cooled, liquid-cooled heat dissipation solution heat exchangers, evaporative loop heat pipe evaporators that can dissipate heat without electricity, and heat storage materials with high-speed heat absorption and heat dissipation response.
