FBGE-LL

No lid and less adhesive provide low height, less temperature dependency, and long-term reliability

Accurate arc-shaped grooves made by chemical etching technology

reduces excess adhesive between the optical fiber and the groove, suppressing characteristic variations due to ambient temperature changes. Additionally, this method also enhances long-term reliability, featuring a lower profile compared to conventional fiber arrays, thus minimizing interference with the substrate.
