Initiatives for the Next Generation

The raw material powder for our powder magnetic core can significantly reduce CO₂ emissions during manufacturing. In addition, the high output and compact axial motor that utilizes the Soft Magnetic Powder Core uses fewer parts and achieves the same performance as a general radial motor, which enables the reduction of CO₂ emissions during motor manufacturing.
Furthermore, a highly efficient axial motor allows the reduction of power consumption (CO₂ emissions) during operation.
Our Soft Magnetic Powder Core also has performs excellently over the lifetime of the manufacturing cycle.
One of our goals in creating such a product was to establish a recycling technology of raw iron powder by separating the disassembled stator into iron and copper and reducing these parts once more to powder.
