Green Machining of Fine Holes
This Fine Hole Green Machining technology enables the creation of ultra-fine holes of φ0.1 or more and deep holes of L/D40 or more in low machinability materials such as stainless steel and titanium.
Specifically, this technology allows for (1) supply (application) of fluid to fine/deep holes with high accuracy and (2) improvement of heat absorption and heat dissipation through multiple flow paths arranged in small spaces. This technology has achieved designs that were previously impossible, therefore contributing to improved functionality and performance.
