We have developed cemented carbide and cermet for cutting tools and sintered ferrous alloy and aluminum alloy parts for automobiles. We are now working on the development of magnetic materials (magnetic cores and magnets) and related products which contribute to the higher performance of motors and sensors.

Ultra-High Pressure Technologies

Integrated development of ultra-high pressure materials from material design to processing

We have developed a sintered diamond, a sintered CBN (cubic boron nitride), nano-polycrystalline diamond as well as a synthesized single crystal diamond employing our cutting edge high pressure techniques. We are now working on the development of the latest high pressure technology, CVD synthesized technology, cutting and polishing technology to find the potential of further diamonds, cBN and other high pressuer materials.
