Established August 1995 with former official opening PT. Optec DD Indonesia and then October 2002, company name transformed into PT. Sumitomo Electric Wintec Indonesia. The plant produce various magnet wire [Round wire/Copper wire] (UEW, UEWN, PEW, PEWN, ATZ-300, UTZ, AIW, FBW others) Size Range 0.05 ~ 2.90 mm. Production capacity 1.180 ton/month to supply domestic & export customer. That achievement and capability have been completed by Quality Management System ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
