Axial Motors
We are leading the industry in the practical application of double-flange integrated cores and insulated coating cores that contribute to further improving the performance of compact and lightweight axial motors for applications where vertical space is limited. In order to promote the spread of sintered parts in the Axial Motor market, we are expanding our circle of collaboration among companies with the same aspiration. As part of these efforts, we have prepared a trial motor (output: 200W to 1kW) so that customers can experience the merits of the Axial Motor.

Parts for small commuters
In the ASEAN/Indian market, small commuters are widely sold. Starter decompression parts for those small commuters are difficult products with complex shapes that require pin press-fit. Therefore, we realized no processing with a near-net shape, and further manufactured the pin press fitting process in-house. We aim to enter the E-Bike market, where demand is expected to grow globally in the future.

Refrigerator parts
Reciprocating compressor parts for refrigerators are manufactured at low cost by applying the near net shape sintering method.

Air conditioner parts
The issue in manufacturing compressor parts with complicated shapes for home air conditioners was the high cost. However, low-cost production was achieved thanks to the possibilities inherent in using powder metallurgy tooling. In addition, high airtightness was achieved through a sealing process done using steam treatment.

Sintered parts play a role in supporting the weight of office chairs and maintaining their strength. Using powder metallurgy tooling to incorporate weight-saving holes from the beginning through near net shape compaction made low-cost commercialization of these parts possible.
