How long is the lead time?
Stock items take approximately 7 working days after receiving order. Please contact us if urgent.
The lead time for made-to-order products depends on the specification, normally taking approximately 30-60 working days.
What does the delivery format look like?
We can propose a format to meet your request, such as standard sheet size, hoop form or special processed products.
Can you produce other sizes than those listed in line-up list?
We meet your request as much as possible, so please contact us.
Material
What material can you produce?
Ni and NiCr are available from our serial production line while NiSn is in development.
We propose other materials depending on operating environment or conditions, so please ask us for details.
Can you make stainless, Pt or Au Celmet™?
We prepare samples according to your requests although it is prototype level.
