Featuring CWDM capabilities in between single mode fiber and PIC

By utilizing Mach-Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) made of Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) technology

The PLC is designed for single-mode operation and emits output beam that is easily coupled with Silicon photonics chips and high-speed PD arrays. This makes it well-suited for Co-packaged Optics and high-speed optical transceiver applications. The use of SiO₂ material achieves low polarization-dependent loss and also ensures long-term reliability.

  • Single-mode waveguide can be coupled with a PIC at ease
  • Small beam divergence gives better coupling efficiency with small dia. PDs for high speed application
  • Small foot print of waveguide realizes multiple Mux/Demux functions on a single chip
