Sumitomo Electric Exhibits at CIGRE 2022 Technical Exhibition

Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. will exhibit at CIGRE 2022 Technical Exhibition, the world's largest power system technology exhibition to be held from August 29 to September 2 , 2022, at the Palais des Congrès, Paris, France.

The CIGRE 2022 Technical Exhibition is the world's largest power system technology exhibition, attracting more than 300 exhibitors from around 100 countries involved in the power industry and around 10,000 visitors, who come to see specialized technologies, products, and talk sessions.

Sumitomo Electric will exhibit products such as DC (direct current) XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) cables suitable for long-distance and large-capacity power transmission, and dynamic cables essential for floating offshore wind power generation. We will also be presenting panels showing the achievements of power cable projects that we have undertaken around the world.
