About Us
Sumitomo Electric Interconnect Products (M) Sdn. Bhd. (SEPM) was established in March 1988 as a subsidiary of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., Japan. The total land area on which our company was built is 59,003m2 with a total built up area of 31,277m2 which comprises six (6) factories designated as M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 & M6.
SEPM Safety, Environmental & Quality Policy
Safety Policy
To promote and ensure a safe and healthy working environment, ISO 45001 - OSH management system has been established to all our operations and to our service providers with the following policy.
| a) Prevention of Injury and Ill Health : | To provide safe and healthy working condition within financial and technological capabilities. To eliminate hazards and reduce OSH risk to all workers working under the control of company. |
| b) Legal & Other Requirement Compliance : | To comply with applicable OSH legislations, regulations and other requirements that Company subscribes to and continual maintain and review of compliance to legal register requirements. |
| c) Consultation and Participation Workers : | To emphasize the consultation and participation of workers in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OSH management system. |
| d) Continual Improvement : | Continually improve the OSH management system to enhance OSH performance. |

Our Products
Electronic Wire
A wide variety of electronic wiring for many applications including computers and computer peripherals, and motors and component assemblies for various appliances. In addition, wires with characteristics including high-speed data transmission and high heat resistance are available for areas that require high performance, such as automotive applications.
FFC(SUMI-CARD™）
SUMI-CARD™ is a thin multiwiring assembly using flat square conductors that enables easy insertion to/removal from connectors. The lineup also includes shielded SUMI-CARD™ for high-frequency data transmission and High Heat/Humidity resistant SUMI-CARD™, etc.
